Abandoned School

So I visited this abandoned school this past month located in New England, I tried to find out some history on this location but was hard there is not a lot of info of this location. What I found it was closed in 2008 due to lack of students for the size of the school, and the school was opened in 1965. Also the little I found on this location is was it was poorly built and failed building codes from day one. These are some of the photographs I took while walking around the school for a few hours, I also want to add schools are not big on my list of places to explore!

Welcome To My New/Old Website DesolateStates.com I have Traveled to many Old Abandoned, and, Historic Sites most of my life, I have also taken a few years break from exploring and documenting these locations! Recently I have had the desire to get back into capturing the past through photography as many of these location I have visited in the past are being erased very quickly!  I have visited a few places this summer and plan on many many more adventures to share my finds and images with everyone that takes interest in these sites as I know many people do find these dark decayed historic places very sad and fascinating.  I will be updating new location on this website and many old locations as well.
